Richard Alberigo: A Visionary Leader in Hospitality

Richard Alberigo, our President-Chief Executive Officer, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. His passion lies in fostering growth and sharing knowledge with dedicated individuals. At Alberigo, our culture is centered on evolving alongside our people.

Richard embarked on his journey in the hotel industry as a bellman at the Nassau Bay Hilton in 1983. Through the guidance of numerous mentors, he ascended from Front Desk Supervisor to Front Office Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and eventually General Manager in both Hilton and IHG brands. In 2007, he transitioned to IHG Corporate, assuming the role of Performance Support Area Manager for Houston and surrounding areas. This strategic move allowed Richard to refine his operational expertise, particularly in Hospitality Leadership.

Following a successful stint as Chief Operating Officer for Rise Management Hotels, Richard founded Alberigo Hotel Management in April 2014. The company was established with a fundamental commitment to Exceeding Expectations every day.

Danna Davis 
Executive Vice President of Sales 

Dynamic force driving revenue success at Alberigo Hotel Management. With over 25 years of proven sales and operational experience in the hospitality industry, Danna is a standout sales leader with a strong corporate background at Marriott, IHG, and Choice brands. Under Danna’s revenue and sales leadership, our portfolio has thrived, delivering exceptional results to ownership partners. Beyond her sales expertise, Danna brings a well-rounded skill set in operations, revenue management, human resources, and training, contributing to Alberigo Hotel Management’s overall excellence.  Danna spearheads our Leadership Development Class and Leadership Certification Training.   Danna’s commitment to community engagement is evident through her collaboration with the Houston Astros Foundation, supporting local youth in developing athletic skills, study habits, and college readiness.

Tracy Ning
Chief Financial Officer 

Tracy Ning, with a rich background spanning seven years in banking as a financial analyst, a decade as Chief Executive Officer at GPI Management Company overseeing 15 multifamily complexes with 5000+ units, and three years as a financial controller in hospitality management, joins the Alberigo Hotel Management Executive Team. In her capacity, Tracy is entrusted with upholding the financial accounting integrity of our portfolio.

Bringing a wealth of experience, Tracy enables us to offer comprehensive services to our owner partners. Her meticulous attention to detail shines as she collaborates with all corporate departments at Alberigo Hotel Management, ensuring complete Revenue Accountability for both ownership partners and property leaders. Tracy spearheads our portfolio’s annual budgeting, account collections, expense analysis, and trend projections.

 

 

Brendan McAlister
Regional Director of Operations 

Brendan McAlister, a seasoned hospitality professional who has climbed the ranks from Front Desk agent to Regional Manager at Mid Continent Hospitality. With a rich background spanning DOS, AGM, GM, and Duel GM roles, Brendan brings extensive experience across renowned brands like Choice, Wyndam, Drury, IHG, and Hilton. His career showcases adaptability in diverse markets, including medical, military, university, destination, and high-paced airports. Brendan’s success lies in crafting winning strategies that boost revenue, enhance guest engagement, and manage expenses efficiently, delivering satisfaction to property owners, leadership teams, and associates. Beyond his professional prowess, Brendan is an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and motorcycle enthusiast. We eagerly welcome Brendan to our team, confident that his leadership will propel our company to new heights.
