Richard Alberigo started in this industry as a bellman in 1983. That's shaped everything about how we operate: the people at the front desk, in housekeeping, and in the kitchen are the business — and they deserve a company that invests in them.

Celebrate Service is how our hotels say thank you to the people who make them run — and in 2026, every team made it their own.

DENNS headed for the mountains with a lodge-themed spread and a simple reminder: people make places special. HOUTT rolled out the red carpet for some superstar service. HOUFX made every day sweeter with a donut-filled thank-you, and SATTD dressed the room in blue and gold with a “Thank you for all you do!” at every table.
